Loved every page. She’s motivating and real. Would love to meet her someday. I highly suggest this book!

Raw, real, and straight forward. Thank you for this great read.

I started reading this today because I desperately needed a distraction, and I didn’t stop until I finished it. Maybe it’s because I needed to hear it all, maybe it’s because I’m super sick and needed an excuse to just sit down, maybe it’s because I didn’t even want to face the world today anyway, but I promise you this book is worth your time. If you haven’t read it, read it, I will definitely read it again & again. If you’re looking for a gift for an adult female who reads, or even who doesn’t, this is a great option. And if you’re a woman I care about you can probably expect to receive a copy of this for the next giftable occasion! I’m also certain I need to read Girl, Stop Apologizing as much as I needed to read this one lol so it’s definitely in my future. Next stop: making post-its out of all the sections I highlighted so I can make sure I turn this motivation into action!

Such an uplifting and inspirational book. I think if someone is literally just surviving right now and in need of motivation and women empowerment to get yourself up and started on your dream, this is your book! Great job Rachel!

She basically says the same thing over and over. “Everything happens for a reason” and “Talk to a therapist to get help”. The majority of the book is the story of her life and how she coped with her specific struggles (most of which were not relatable to me personally. I was pretty bored.

I have to say,the book was great. But -1 ⭐️. Not everybody has the exact same problems as you. I can see that you wrote this for the people that DO have the same problems as you. But write more books about different problems. Not your own.

Great book to read, love that she's a believer! Blessings

So unrealistic and truly unrelatable. I do not get all the hype surrounding this awful book. Other reviews say it’s condescending and I agree!

Never break a promise to yourself. Ok fine, but what if you’re living in poverty as a single mom and your promise was to never let your kids down but you feel that you do it day in and day out because of circumstances beyond your control. Maybe it works for her when she’s so bold as to hit her treadmill after too many martinis at midnight because she’ll never break a promise to herself, but this type of thing would never work IRL for people who are actually struggling and not just struggling to lose 2lbs of water weight.

This is a dangerous and harmful book.

Very good!

Absolutely love this book!!! Thanks so much Rachel, for pouring out to so many women including myself!!!! I feel so inspired and I can’t wait to hear you at our company’s global training this spring!!!! 😊👌
