I have read all of Jodi’s books and always look forward to the next one with eager anticipation. I had a difficult time getting into this one from the beginning and it never got better - it felt like a rambling, jumbled mess.
Really struggled to get through the last half of this book. It’s like got tired of writing this novel and just quit putting any effort into the last half of the book.
Not one of her better books. Lots of loose ends left...
Not as engrossing as past Picoult.
I like this author but this book was disjointed and the ending was terrible!
Not what I expected. I have read every book this author has written. This one was disappointing. She left open what happened to her characters in the end of the story. Her characters were not believable. I found it difficult to be sympathetic to the women who sought out the Clinic for help.
I love Picoult’s books so much. She does her research so well and it shows on every page of all of her books including this one. I love how she shows both sides of a debate and inspires so much conversation. I really like that she is willing to tackle the tough subjects. She makes you think hard about the issues she writes about. I think women and men both should read this one.
